CeraSoy PB<\/a> is a blend developed specifically for the production of moulded candles and produced in Europe. We recommend it for making aromatic tarts and candles in silicone moulds.<\/p>\n

> Moulds
\nMoulds<\/a> should be clean and at least at room temperature, although preheat at about. 45 – 50\u00b0C can be beneficial, as can heating the mould with a dryer before casting.<\/p>\n

> Color
\nEasily colored<\/a> with powder, liquid, cube, flake, etc. When using powder dyes, heat the wax to approx. 75\u00b0C, add the dye and stir until it dissolves. Powdered dyes can also be dissolved in perfume and then added to the melted wax, make sure the dye is completely dissolved before adding it. When using powdered dyes dissolved in perfume, liquid dyes or colour blocks heat the wax to 70\u00b0C. If you want to make your wax darker or richer, add some black dye to the colour you are using.<\/p>\n

> Fragrance
\nCera Soy PB is designed for fragrance<\/a> at a level of 5 to 10%.<\/p>\n

Pouring temperatures may vary depending on the type and size of the mould, the fragrance or dye load used and of course the results the candle maker wishes to achieve. Greater release from the moulds can be achieved by pouring at a temperature of around 55 – 65\u00b0C, although this will depend on the size and shape of the wax produced. Perfume should be added and mixed immediately before pouring when possible. If you have difficulties with the pouring temperature, try lower or higher temperatures in increments of 5 – 10\u00b0C. Consider pouring into preheated moulds for improved release properties.<\/p>\n

> Double-Pour
\nCera Soy PB is designed to require only one injection, however for some large columns. supplementation is required to achieve the best wax surface.<\/p>\n

It is 100% hard soy wax in flake form and 100% Biodegradable & Vegan Friendly.<\/p>\n

It does not contain or come into contact with any animal products and has not been tested on animals.<\/p>\n

It requires no additives, except for the fragrance and color.<\/p>\n

Cera Soy PB is easily coloured with cubed and liquid colours.<\/p>\n
