Patchouli Essential Oil has a warm, earthy aroma with fresh fruit tones. The exotic scent of patchouli is known to affect emotions. It can help restore the skin while reducing the appearance of wrinkles, scars and stretch marks.

History: the herb Patchouli had been used for many centuries in Asia. In Europe it was only appreciated in 1840 through its unique aroma associated with exported Indian textiles.
According to international literature, ingestion of essential oils is not recommended. It is necessary to consult a medical practitioner before using any Essential Oil for therapeutic purposes.
When applied topically, it should be used in dilution – a base oil such as Almond, Coconut, Jojoba, Olive or Hemp is recommended – and in small amounts, as using the oil directly or in high concentrations can cause skin irritation.
Skin check before use is recommended. This can be done by diluting the essential oil in a base oil and applying a small amount to a small area of skin that is not sensitive. It should never be used near the eyes, inner nose and ears or other particularly sensitive areas of the skin.
