Electronic Waxing Raw Material Commodity Store
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases of raw materials for waxing made through our online store based on the current European legislation on consumer protection.
- Return of products (Right of withdrawal)
After receipt of the order, the customer reserves the right to return the products within 14 calendar days. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received.
In more detail:
– The products must be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use.
– In addition, they must be accompanied by all the original documents, purchase documents (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
– Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the products.
- Refund conditions:
In order for the right of return to be valid, the customer must inform the store in writing (via email) at the following e-mail address

and send it to the return address indicated below.
The return of products can be carried out by any courier company (Courier).
Note: Returns by ordinary mail (ELTA) are not accepted.
The cost of shipping the returned products is borne entirely by the customer.
The return of products can be made to the following address: 23 Leonidou 23, Peristeri P.C. 121 36.
Note: In cases where products of defective quality, incorrect packaging, damaged during the transport of the parcel, in the receipt / invoicing of the order, Candle. gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return, as well as the costs of reshipment.
In any case, there must have been a prior contact by e-mail, forwarding us proof of wear (via photos) within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Refund of money
After receipt and verification of the returned order, the store will refund the money within 14 days to a Bank Account (IBAN) indicated by the customer.

- Refusal to accept an Order
If an order has been executed and shipped and the customer refuses to accept it at the time of delivery, then in the next order the payment must be made exclusively using a credit card or PayPal.
Notes: The reshipment of the order in this case is carried out after the customer has settled the additional shipping costs.
- Amendment of the Refunds Policy
The store reserves the right to amend this returns policy at any time in order to be consistent with applicable legal requirements or changes in business conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes through our website.
It is the responsibility of customers to regularly check the returns policy before taking any action.
This returns policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the e-shop for waxing raw materials. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions includes acceptance of the refund policy.
In case of discrepancy with the Terms of the Return Policy, the customer has the right not to proceed with the purchase of goods from the online store of raw materials for wax molding.
We recommend that customers carefully read the Returns Policy before making any purchase through the online store. Regarding returns, the store fully complies with European legislation & the conditions set out in this returns policy.
