What are the opening hours of the shop?

The opening hours of our store are

Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00

Are there missions to Cyprus?

Shipping with pickup from Athens to Athens and home delivery in Cyprus. The parcels are picked up by Candle.gr once a week, specifically every Wednesday, arrive in Cyprus on Tuesday afternoon and from there they are delivered nationwide within 48 hours.

All shipments are marked with a tracking number.

Minimum charge 12.5 euros for 2 kilos + 2 euros for each additional kilo.

How many days will my order be delivered?

If the products of your order are readily available, they are prepared and delivered to the Courier company. From the moment we deliver your parcel to the Courier company, it reaches you within 1 to 2 days. You can search the progress of your order using its Shipment Number.

When will my order be ready for collection from the store?

If the products of your order are collected from our warehouse and are ready for pickup from our store, we will send you an e-mail informing you of their receipt.

I have not received my Order Confirmation e-mail.

The Confirmation e-mail of each order is sent automatically every time you successfully complete an order. Please check the Spam in your e-mail.
