- Always cut the wick before the first lighting of a candle to the height according to the manufacturer’s instructions (0.5 cm – 0.8 cm).
- Before each lighting, we cut the wick to remove the debris (mushroom-charcoal) that has collected at the edge of the wick to ensure proper burning and not flickering or clogging our candle.
