Soy wax for tarts and wax melts – EcoSoya® Melt

EcoSoya® Melt – soy wax for tarts and wax melts. A plant-based wax designed for scented wax melts used in a suitable burner or warmer, with no wick inside the melt itself.

Its formulation makes it easy to remove from the mold and provides a smooth, creamy surface, as well as good color and fragrance performance. Test every combination of wax, fragrance, color, and mold before moving on to larger-scale production.

Basic Instructions for Use

1. Weigh the ingredients and heat the wax to about 70°C, stirring until it melts evenly.
2. Let it reach the molding temperature and add the fragrance as close to that temperature as possible. Mix thoroughly. The maximumconcentration is 12%;determine the dosage through testing and in accordance with the fragrance’s usage limits.
3. Pour the mixture at approximately 60°C into a clean, dry, and suitable mold.
4. Let the wax melts cool completely before removing them from the mold. Check the surface, the removal process, and the fragrance release using the appropriate burner. Wax melts do not require a wick.

Preparation and casting temperatures are starting points for testing. The freezing point of TDS is a distinct physical property and does not constitute a heating guideline. TDS does not fully guarantee that the soybeans are of non-genetically modified origin.
