Container soy wax – EcoSoya® CB Advanced

EcoSoya® CB Advanced — soy wax for jar candles. A ready-to-use soy wax blend for containers, requiring no additional wax additives. It is designed to provide a smooth finish, good adhesion to glass, and resistance to frosting.

Test each container and formulation before moving on to larger-scale production. Candle.gr recommends the Eco Stabilo wick series as a starting point for testing; the final wick size depends on the container, the fragrance, the color, and the wax.

Basic Instructions for Use

1. Weigh the ingredients and heat the wax to about 70°C, stirring until it melts evenly.
2. Add the fragrance as close as possible to the molding temperature and mix thoroughly. The maximum fragrance concentration is 12%;determine the dosage through testing and in accordance with the fragrance’s usage limits.
3. Pour the mixture at approximately 60°C into a clean, dry container suitable for candles.
4. Allow the candle to cool for 48 hours before conducting the burn test, in accordance with the CB Advanced TDS. Test each combination of container size, wax, fragrance, color, and wick. This timeframe applies to the initial test and does not guarantee maximum performance for each fragrance within 48 hours.

Preparation and casting temperatures are starting points for testing. The freezing point of TDS is a distinct physical property and does not constitute a heating guideline. TDS does not fully guarantee that the soybeans are of non-genetically modified origin.
