Candle – Chantilly: Create the new trend in candles!
It’s time to create something more playful and fun! Candle that looks like a chantilly to decorate candles in the shape of cakes, ice cream, or cupcakes! Today we will show you how to create a whipped cream-like wax in a few easy steps.
You will need:
- Soft soy wax
- Wax melting vessel
- Thermometer
- Stirrer
Step 1: Weigh the candle
Insert the Candle Melting Case into your digital Place the candle holder on your digital weighing scale and add 200g to your digital wax tester Put the soy wax on your digital scale and add 200 g of soy wax to your digital scanner and add 200 g of soy wax.
Step 2: Melt the candle
Melt the candle in the Melt the candle at the wax melting pot using the Bain-Marie method until it reaches 52°C and remove it from the heat.
Allow the wax to cool until it begins to solidify around the edges of the Melting Cup.
We recommend that you do not add perfume to the whipped cream candle to prevent the color from changing over time!
Step 3: Stir the wax
Stir the wax vigorously with a stirrer until it starts to thicken and hold its shape.
The texture will not be as “fluffy” as real whipped cream, but you should be able to form a solid shape.
Be careful if you use a hand mixer to speed up this process, then you won’t be able to use it on food again!
The Whipped Cream Candle is ready and you can work it just like regular whipped cream either as it is or using a pastry bag. Prefer to work with it in small quantities to keep it warm.
If you want to have a creamier texture, you can skip Step 3 and put your wax in the pastry bag without stirring it.
