Cera Olive PB (Kerax EcoOlive PillarBlend): A 100% natural blend with olive wax as the main ingredient and natural performance additives, designed for molded candles. It is not pure olive oil.

According to Kerax, it contains no genetically modified ingredients, palm oil, or paraffin, and is vegan and biodegradable. The choice of wick and burn performance are verified through testing of each formulation.

Basic Instructions for Use

Weigh the wax and heat it to about 75°C, stirring until it melts evenly. This is the preparation temperature, not the melting point.
Let it reach the pouring temperature. Add a fragrance suitable for natural candles immediately before pouring, where practical, and mix thoroughly. Observe the fragrance usage limits; 12% is the maximum compatible concentration.
Pour the mixture at approximately 65°C into a clean, dry mold. Adjust the temperature based on the dimensions and composition through trial and error.
Let the candle cool undisturbed at room temperature. Wait 48 hours after pouring before conducting a burn test, and test each combination of wax, fragrance, color, wick, and mold.

Color: Use colors suitable for candles. The TDS specifies approximately 75°C for dissolving powdered colors and 70°C for liquid colors or color cubes.

The mixture is designed for a single pour, but some large candles may require a top-up. The wick is selected by conducting a burn test.
