Grapefruit Pink Essential Oil is sweet, fruity and characterized as a top note, it is refreshing and mood enhancing. Its fragrance can help reduce stress and the limonene it contains helps reduce inflammation. It is full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

History: Discovered in Asia in the 17th century where it was called the forbidden fruit.
According to international literature, ingestion of essential oils is not recommended. It is necessary to consult a medical practitioner before using any Essential Oil for therapeutic purposes.
When applied topically, it should be used in dilution – a base oil such as Almond, Coconut, Jojoba, Olive or Hemp is recommended – and in small amounts, as using the oil directly or in high concentrations may cause skin irritation. This can be done by diluting the essential oil in a base oil and applying a small amount to a small area of skin that is not sensitive. It should never be used near the eyes, inner nose and ears or other particularly sensitive areas of the skin.
